Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To allow me to offer appointment times to other patients, 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• 72 hours or more notice: No cancellation fee will apply.
• Less than 72 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of your scheduled appointment will apply.
• Non-attendance: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of your appointment.

A Little Grace

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. Once per calendar year, I will waive the cancellation fee as a courtesy for an unexpected event or circumstance. This one-time courtesy is intended for those occasions when something genuinely unforeseen prevents you from attending your appointment.

After your one-time courtesy has been used, the cancellation policy will apply to subsequent late cancellations and missed appointments.
